Member: 190274 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 47 | Not happy with Octoplus team! It's been a while since i noticed getting factory frp reset and unlock service to work has been impossible. What really makes me sad is the fact that there has been no real communication from you guys! Customers do not understand when a service that should take less than an hour is now taking days to a week plus to complete, or worse, they are coming for their phones and we lose customers permanently! I just had a customer come in yesterday and angrily accuse me of not keeping my word and he took his phone away. I have just lost a good customer, because your service has failed me. Please communicate with us on the status of your factory unlock service and give us a clear ETA on when it would be back. Thank you A very unhappy customer Happy New Year |
