Not register on network with octupus


How to repair Not register on network with octopus..i need complete procedure as imei and base band is ok?

I have S4 who;s imei and baseband is ok but when i call it says not registered on network and signals fail.. same for s5 G900 so how to solve it?

Hello.

Try to write QCN file from the Support Area, restart the phone, wait 2-5 minutes, then try to find and select network manually.

Also, check status of IMEI Certi in *#0011# menu.

is it for all Samsung mobiles as i have S3 S4 and S5 for same condition.?

I have not found QCN file in support area. can u help me little bit more?

All QCN files, which we have at the moment, are available in "Samsung/FOR UNLOCK AND REPAIR/QCN" folder of the Support Area.
To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.

What are exact models of the phones, which You are trying to repair? What is exact status of IMEI Certi in *#0011# menu?
