Hello.

Most likely, IMEI from the Certificate file, which You have used, is in the black list of your network operator. Install the latest Software version (Software) and try to use other IMEI Certificates, which we have sent You to PM. Post here (or send to us into PM) full Software log with all of your actions.

No. Still it doesn't get any service.

Before I wrote the cert a message popped up saying that some files are damaged on the phone.

Try to make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition, re-flash the phone and write Certificates again. Also, we have sent You QCN to PM. Try to write QCN after writing Certificate.

If You have written all Certificates, which we have sent You and network is still unavailable, there can be two reasons - all IMEIs from these Certificates are in the black list of your network operator or your device has HW issue.

Hello,
I will advice you to use a cert file for SM-N900q I think that should solve your problem because I unlocked one Samsung note 3 SM-N900T with octopus box like 2days ago and after wiping the efs I wrote a cert files for sm-n900q and since then the phone has been working perfectly ok with no network problem.
