Hello.

In order to repair IMEI of SM-N900 phone You need to downgrade phone's firmware version to Android 4.4.x, then You will be able to write Cert file.

when i flash 4.4.2 flashing failed

To connect SM-N900 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
Selected firmware file: N900XXUENG3_N900OJVENG2_KSA_Android_
4.4.2.oct
Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put SM-N900 into Download Mode, You have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Writing firmware Canceled
Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.

The 1.9.5 have bug with flashing tool.
