How can I get 2.8.0.1? I am only seeing 2.8.0 on the server.

I have a J260MUBS2ASA1 that I am trying to unlock but keep getting an error that I need to down grade modem even with sufficient credits.

Please advise

So I was able to downgrade the firmware and perform read codes. But now codes came back and they all failed. I even performed a hard reset and tried the codes again and they failed. CREDITS are gone too. Please advise
