Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition, then make Unlock again. To finish the Unlcok operation, restart the phone via phone's menu (via Power on button, don't disconnect the battery, this is important).

i am also facing the same problem, after unlock still asking for unlock code and 00000000 doesnt work i made a factory reset and wipe cache and i still stuck
