If problme will remain the same, do the next:
1. Upload Security backup, created during "Unlock" operation.
2. Upload *.log and *.logx files of "Unlock" operation from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.
3. Make "Read Security" and upload received file.
4. Send us download links.

We will check where might be the problem.

Why you think in this w/o having this problem?....when you Security is damaged you will see that cannot write cert or unlock becouse show

"Security damaged, please Repair Security and try again"

but this problem is been solved so not worry firt of the time.

Just use HELP button in Sw first of any operaction and read how need of set the phone also in sw when select one....nothingh of complicate is all writed how must need of set "Dial Window", "Usb Debug" itc...
