1. Select necessary device from the list in Software.

No offense octo team, but you guys have completely tried to corner the unlocking market by forcing us to pay you server credits to unlock our phones instead of coding the service directly into the software..

you FIND solution for s8! but you KEEP SOLUTION to yourself and then offer SERVER SERVICE... this is a load of crap. you guys used to give us the solution and the ability to offer services.. but now we cant afford to charge anybody $26 in credits AND PROFIT.. so you basically took all the money from the unlock community to line your own greedy pockets and force us to use your service instead of use the actual solution. I would never have bought a 2nd octopus box if i knew after s6 edge we can no longer properly unlock phones

octopus box cant unlock A series J series properly or any s8 without damaging knox...

whats the point of purchasing your product if its out-dated , irrelevant and no longer can unlock phones ? and been two years almost and no solution for g935w imei repair? but z3x offer? you guys just suck and you continue to corner the market with monopolistic moves... not cool.. im not happy with this purchase anymore.. octopus box ***** these days to be honest

i dont want to root and damage customer ability to update over-the-air and use samsung pay etc etc to unlock their phone its dishonest

Reading codes NEVER works! Try read codes on g920w8, g925w8, g930w, g935w... doesnt give the right code when it reads the code, or says cannot read code...

only way i ever achieve success is downgrade modems to unlock without root... read codes is a joke i dont even know why they add the button when it never works...

Look, so many users can't be wrong, while it's true that it's much more difficult to unlock newer phones starting with the S7, it does indeed work but with lots of limitations and catches. I can attest to it that it has indeed read the unlock code correctly on a couple of ATT and Sprint phones. But for example no Tmo/MetroPCS phones which use the unlock app mechanism. Many phones also require root and or eng-boot/combi files to repair them successfully.
I certainly understand your frustration, so thread slowly and do lots of research before attempting anything, especially with newer phones.

respect the team, if you cant hack the phone yourself dont complain to the ones working the hardest and smartest to even get us this far. if they had a new option for FRP they will release. wait patiently and dont complain, doesnt help. praise to octopus team for all the work done already for us.

I think these are your words less than a month ago if i am not mistaking I saw it few weeks ago.. Anyways two reputed boxes in market OCTO and Z3X, if you think u cant do work with their tool let me know I can do it for you for a fee for sure..

Lol $300 CAD is so cheap I wish they charge $5,000 or more for their box so cheapsters does not mess up the market.. $300 CAD means if you make $10 a day from this box in one month the box is all paid, and rest of the lifetime it is paid for, and you call this expensive? I think they sell it so cheap for the solution these guys bring out on weekly basis shows that they really work on it not sitting, and chilling and counting money. Anyways if you dont like the product I guess you can sell the box as you said box is expensive so I am sure u won't have hard time selling it
