We also added additional support for Galaxy S8 and S8+ series and "Read Codes" via server for a range of other devices based on Qualcomm CPUs. Some improvements and adjustments were made. Octoplus / Octopus Box Samsung Software v.2.5.8 Release Notes: 🐙 Added support for the following devices: - SM-Z400F - added world's first Direct Unlock (no root needed), Read Codes (no root needed), Write Firmware, Read PIT 🐙 Improved ADB connection 🐙 Improved "Read Codes" via server operation for all previously supported devices, based on Qualcomm CPUs 🐙 Fixed “codes not found” issue for SM-J510MN and SM-J320VPP 🐙 Added new Cert files into the Support Area 🐙 Added credits consumption and latest news display on Software start. Also from now on, you can read credits consumption and latest news directly from Software (just press “Show credits and latest news” button at “Support & options” tab). 🐙 All supported operations are described in details in Software manual ("Help" button in Software) Also note, that you can unlock most of mentioned above old devices via “Unlock” button in Software without credits directly or after downgrading phone’s firmware (or only modem part). But if your device doesn’t allow firmware downgrade, or if you don’t want to risk firmware downgrading, you can perform “Read Codes” operation via server.
