I am a octopus user octopus box is very good box but i am confused

Sir 1. What is Difference between Octopus / Octoplus

2. your updating support Files for Which tools support for Octopus

3. I used Your octoplus update tool Work is Finish But Phone Not On
What the Problem

4. Does your Support File Will Work For Octopus Box

Octopus And Octoplus is the same software. Since the addition of the JTAG to the software and New Box(New PCB with JTAG on board) they have added the New name. Just go ahead and use the latest version of whatever model software you want update -Octoplus LG 1.2.1, Octoplus Samsung 1.2.6, Octoplus Suite 1.0.9, Octoplus JTAG 1.2.5, Octopus Shell 1.1.4

PS. Same GSMSERVER owned I Guess (is this correct?)

2. You can use firmwares and other files from the Support Area for both - Octoplus and Octopus.

3. Please explain the problem in more details, step by step. What is your phone's model exactly? What is the state of your phone? What actions do You want to perform with it? Also post here full software log with all of your actions.

Yes, good explanation

@Fusion Rock,
only for OCTOPLUS JTAG SW, all Octopus/Octoplus user have need Other Hardwer, like Nedusa BOX in V. for Octopus User or v. for New User, the difference is in the cost, w/o discount for Not Octopus User, only becouse cannot use the Same card of OCTOPUS BOX and have need of to buy Full BOX whith Card inside, betwen the user have need the JTAG KIT for Repair Boot, Unlocking, Imei Repair for very many supported Models, like HTC, MOTOROLA, SE, UAWEI, ZTE, LG, SAMSUNG and many more

Point 3, which is the problem? phone not ON, what's this?, any model of the phone is working at the same mode of first, if first u was good to connect to BOX and seeing phone correctament, anythingh is changed , u will se phones how first.
Please post LOG over what are u doing or wiil do, we can understand more good,

*samsung gt-c3322 model, when we switch on the phone only it starts with samsung logo and gets switch off. can you please tell me is it a flashing problem

*PROBLEM -i used octoplus Samsung v1.2.6 for the model gt-c3322 handset when work got finish ( flashing ) handset got dead

*The same procedure same flash file i used for the same phone using octopus v1.9.4 phone got repair and its working fine

*please sir can you tell me in future any updates you do which tool does it support because i have octopus tool

It seems like software bugs exist in new software. What i can tell you to do is install the latest version of Octoplus samsung 1.2.7 and try then post the results
