Hi to all...

i have a samsung s7392 handset, it was working good, i just needed to repair
IMEI, I have done by SAMSUNG OCTOPLUS TOOL, But after repairing network is not accessing...

KINDLY help me OCTOPLUS TEAM..
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW????

Hello.
Is your device model exactly GT-S7392? Have You written special firmware before to perform Repair IMEI operation?
Please post here full Software log with all of your actions. All Software log s are saved here: "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".

Also try to make Factory data reset and check whether network is available (active).

Please switch your phone to the download mode and connect it to a
PC.
To put GT-S7392 phone into download mode you have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect phone battery.

3. When phone turns on press "Volume+" button.

Try to re-flash the phone with firmware "S7392XPUAMH2_OXAAMHC_Portugal_Android_4.1.2" from the Support Area, the make Factory data reset and select network manually.

after flashing with this firmware i did factory rest then selected netowrk manully it says unable to connect still no service

We work on solution. Now, to make a network active, please try to write into the phone the original IMEIs (which are written on the phone's label under the battery).

hi have samsung s7392 (4.1.2) and s7582 (4.2.2) both having same problem after imei repair no servcie but work charm when we write backside sticker imei (i mean original imei)

need solution
