Octopus box installation error - GSM-Forum

Dear friends. I bought Octopus box 4 month ago from authorized dealer sells it in china from aliexpress. This guy was one of those in dealer list of octopus.

I everything i found from youtube and etc. I tried window 8 computer, windows 7 etc.

After I install software from octopus webpage, i install drivers.

everytime i try to connect any phone to it it gives me error that it can not connect to a phone. I tried note 2, note 3, samsung alpha etc.

all the same problem. can not read data from phone.

I was wondering am I doing anything wrong. Or this specific box has issue or part cable? or computer.

PLEASEEEEEEE HELP MEEEE
