Hello.

As we can see from the Software log:
Quote:
Login error wrong username
The "Factory Reset FRP / Reactivation" operation is not free and requre to have an Octoplus Account with Credits on it. You can buy Octoplus Credits from your local reseller or directly here: Octoplus Server Credits. Also You can contact to our managers in on-line Sales Chat ("Chat with us") at www.gsmserver.com, they will help You with an Octoplus Account and Credits.

Also, please look at http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f684...018-a-2263590/.

Yes, such operation is supported for many devices, but this depends on the device and firmware in the device. Select device in the list of Software and read Software manual ("Help" button) on which operations are supported.

Yes, if this device request to enter Unlock code, You can unlock this device via via "Read Codes" via server operation (need 50 credits) or via "Factory Unlock Service" (need 220 credits). If this device has the Unlock App (T-Mobile or MetroPCS) You can unlopck it via "Unlock TMB" (need 100 credits).

Actual info about credits consumption, You can always find here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f684...018-a-2263590/.
