S4 i257M no network

after successfully unlock galaxy s4 mini I257M with octopus no call out and no call in i wanted flashed but not seen flash on server plz how can i solve this problem?

To connect GT-I9300 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Developer options.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Connect usb cable to phone.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter *#9090# number.
8. Set speed to 115200.
9. Reboot phone.
10. Press "Read Info" in software.

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

Hello.

Please do exactly the next:

1. Write Security backup that was created during "Unlock" operation back into the phone ("Security-SGH-I257M-358600050848949-25-09-2014_17-14-06-.asec").
2. Take out SIM and SD cards from the phone.
3. Read phone's NVM with "Read NVM" button.
4. Make "Unlock".
5. Write NVM backup, created on step 2 back into the phone ("Write NVM" button) and check network.

Also, please, upload NVM backup and post here download link.
