dear sir i was using octopus lg wanted to activate octopus samsung in tht so took activation code for samsung and when updated smart card asked for code activation code code got accepted when smart card update started getting error creating secure connection failed error code KPUINCZXCAX could not create secure connection my card id-000217BF kindly please check do the need full

ERROR CODE: KPUINCZXCAX - means You card is damaged by third party software in your PC. You need to buy new card. Please contact to our managers in Sales Chat at GsmServer for more details and ask about the special proposition for users who have damaged cards.

siri if card is damaged i am using lg set up with out any problem if card was damaged then while update card why did it accept activation code it had to give error before accepting activation code so tht i would have activated the activation code with some other octopus box now as it is accepted activation code i am not able to use tht code too or can u transfer my activation to other card as i have another octopus lg box i just activated and have not used samsung so please can u transfer my activation please try to do the need full thank u

Yes, You can use your card, but can't update it's firmware any more times, so not possible to activate another activations on this card.
And as I have said above, please contact to our managers in Sales Chat at GsmServer for more details and ask about the special proposition for users who have damaged cards.
