Octopus Can't connect anything


I just purchased an octopus box and can't get it to connect to anything.

I am trying to connect an i747.

Use red cable CT-3300K (or use USB in hub or USB in computer or other cable????)

USB debugging ON
*#0808# select DM+modem+ADB
*#7284# UART --> PDA
restart

Then click read info

Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM5
Selected model: SGH-I747
Phone was not found on the selected port!
Searching for USB diagnostic port...
No diagnostic ports found!
Connecting to phone on COM5
Phone connection failed

Enable dm+modem+adb, connect usb cable directli to motherboard's usb hub and to phone, press read info...then do what you want. Do not forget to click Help button if you dont know how to do......

Hello.

Install latest Software version (Software) and perform the following steps:
1. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
2. Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
3. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
4. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#0808#" number.
7. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
8. Press Home button.
9. Go to dial window.
10. Enter "*#7284#" number.
11. Set "UART" to "PDA" value.
12. Restart phone.
13. Connect the phone via Micro USB cable directly to PC.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

Try to perform "Read Info" operation on different COM ports with enabled "Manual select" option.

Enter "*#9090#" number, set "Diag config" to "USB" (or DM/DUM over HS-USB) value and try to perform "Read Info" on different COM ports again.

What is the state of your device exactly? Please read out phone's info via ADB (turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone and press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in the Software) and post here full Software log with this info.
