Thumbs up octopus support site not responding


hi sir i can not access support site when i m trying to access my software say not responding. and hang. i tried firewall off. after firewall of still same. please tell me how to solve this problem.????

Hello.

Do the next: disable firewall and antivirus, set (install) another browser (not IE) as default browser, reboot the PC and try to go into the Support Area again. Try to go into the Support Area from another PC. Write here the result.
