Hello.

Post here full Software log with the Unlock operation. Have You tried to unlock the phone via codes ("Read codes" button in the Software)? Please try. Also, try to re-flash the phone.

How You made NVM backup, if Read/Write NVM operations are not supported for this device?

Well the problem was that i made the direct unlock procedure with z3x box because i just bought octopus box few fays ago. In z3x folder there is a folder called backup, inside is a file called "s5300L_15-09-2014_16:35:15_NVM_backup.bin" i think this is my NVM backup because is the only s5300L that i unlocked in months. what can i do now?

It is not possible to write NVM backups, that have been created by another Software. All boxes have their own files' format.

Try to make Factory data reset and re-flash the phone.
