Member: 946381 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 150 | p3100 flashing error at 100%-now in recovery mode 1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development. 3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option. 4. When the message appears press "Yes". 5. Connect USB cable to the phone. 6. Press "Read Info" in software. Selected firmware file: P3100BUDMJ1_P3100VFGDMJ1_P3100BUDMJ1 _HOME.oct Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable. To put GT-P3100 into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps: 1. Reconnect the battery. 2. Press and hold "Volume - " + "Power" keys. Found phone on Firmware write started. Writing FACTORYFS section... FACTORYFS section has been written successfully. Writing KERNEL section... KERNEL section has been written successfully. Writing CACHE section... CACHE section has been written successfully. Writing HIDDEN section... HIDDEN section has been written successfully. Writing RECOVERY section... RECOVERY section has been written successfully. Writing MODEM section... MODEM section has been written successfully. Writing X-loader section... X-loader section has been written successfully. Writing PARAM section... PARAM section has been written successfully. Writing SBL1 section... SBL1 section has been written successfully. Writing Firmware Failed tried two firmwares-same error at 100% customer said that it occur after tried to update..now phone on """firmware upgrade encountered an issue.please select recovery mode in kies and try again""""" help me-what i do as a next step? |
