Hello.

Please remove SIM card from the phone and repeat "Unlock" operation. If problem will remain - do the next:
1. Make Factory Reset.
2. Reflash the phone.
3. Root the phone with CF Auto Root.
4. Repeat "Unlock" operation.

Post here result and full Software log of performed operations.

Yes, You can reflash the phone with the same firmware version. Phone must be rooted by CF Auto Root.

Also, try to perform "Unlock" operation with test Software version, which we've sent You in PM.
