Please add 3g network repair for i9190


nvm I fixed the signal but only has 2g, 3g not registered on the network, the phone is active knox , the firmware is I9190UBUBNA3_I9190UWABNA2_I9190UBUBNA3_HOME.tar . thanks

Try to do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Disable KNOX in the phone.
3. Re-flash the phone with another firmware.
4. Make Repair IMEI.
5. Perform the Unlock operation.
6. Make Factory data reset.
7. Make Repair NVM.
8. Insert SIM card, wait 3-5 minutes and try to find and select network manually.

the problem is wcdma 850 mhz not work , enter modo service band 5 not work

Currently we don't have individual "Repair 3G" solution for I9190.
You can try to perform steps that were mentioned above in order to fix 3G network.

the steps you mentioned above and I did and the problem persists, so I want to make clear is that not only works well in 850 mgz in 1900 mgz works well with another operator

Are you checked phone model, I9190L have 850mhz 3g and I9190 not.
