Hello.
You can convert this firmware by yourself. Please select GT-E1195 in phones list, press "Firmware converter" button, select files and then press "Convert" button.

This is Full flash file (not original Samsung firmware). Currently it is not possible to convert it into "*.oct" firmware.

what is use of read full flash if i cant flash it back to phone. how can i flash readed file in phone?

Use "Write Full Flash" button to write full flash file.

"Write Full Flash" button is not active for e2600

Yes, Write Full flash option is currently not supported for GT-E2600 and some others Infineon based phones.
