File cannot downlode with idm in octoplus support
only downlode with simple octoplus broswer so that
long time downlode any file.as soon as open octopus
support area few second work idm but all around broswer
come in a saddow just all work is stop.
plz give me best solution any one.

Hello.

We recommend to download files via Files Downloader on "Support & options" tab of the Software. You can also use it to browse and search files from the Support Area.

If You wan't to use download manager - You can use any, except IDM.

It can download, make sure you enable idman extension on browser and put .oct in the file option of idman allowed downloading file format and it will work.
