Simply in your PC go to your device manager and look there that the octopus drivers are correctly installed or not if yes then reinstall the drivers and restart your PC after restart disconnect and connect again octopus box to your PC and check your problem will be solve thanks. Member: 2891705 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2,142 | Hello. Please, remove card from box, clean all contacts, insert back into box and try to update card again, if problem still remain, remove card from box, insert into another card reader, dongle and try to update card. |
