Please remove SIM card from the phone, then try to read phone's Cert file again. If You manage to read our Cert file - try to write Cert file from the Support Area, then try to find and select Network Manually.

Otherwise, please do the next:
1. Make Factory Reset and reflash the phone.
2. Root the phone with CF Auto Root.
3. Perform "Read Cert" operation.
4. Try to Write a Cert file.
5. Try to find and select Network Manually.

Post here the result.
