Re-flash the phone with the latest firmware from the Support Area. 3. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition. 4. Root the phone. 5. Perform Wipe Security procedure ("Repair Security/Wipe Security" button). 6. Write QCN file. 7. Write Certificate ("Write cert" button). 8. Write here the result. Also, please check your PM, we have sent to You several Cert files and QCN for You. |

At first, You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then perfrom steps 3-8. | |
