It seems lik yur modem part is damaged . 1st try to fix yur unkwn baseband by flashing latest build firmwares if baseband is unknown yu can not repair imei. After flash firmware if imei null must b hardware issue .

1st flash vit latest at&t n900a firmware and check . imei null and baseband uknown issues are cause by wrong firmware flashing and hardware issues .

Try to do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Re-flash the phone with the latest firmware from the Support Area.
3. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
4. Root the phone.
5. Perform Wipe Security procedure ("Repair Security/Wipe Security" button).
6. Write QCN file.
7. Write Certificate ("Write cert" button).
8. Write here the result.

Also, please check your PM, we have sent to You several Cert files and QCN for You.

I did it but i cant make the repair security/wipe security

As You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

At first, You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then perfrom steps 3-8.

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
