Please help! My Octoplus causes ALL Computers to blue screen!


First off let me say sorry in advance. I am not a very Happy Customer. My box is less than 5 mo. old. I have been emailing you and CEllCorner where I bought the product. Now to the problems!

This is my hardware
Sony Vaio T Series ULTRABOOK Quad Core I7
IBM Lonova T420 Dual core I3
+ 4 other units

My box keeps causing all kinds of issues

I get blue screen with usb failure
I get no smartCARD NOT FOUND
uart QUIT WORKING th
Now I was instructed to contact to GSM Server and they would help...Yeah right what a joke 100.00 Us to buy a replacement box that shpuld be free due to the fack its under WARRANTY!

I just want a box that works

i have suffered the same problem once. what i did: reinstall OS, and octopus is the first to be installed. it cannot be solved even uninstalling all box drivers.

reint. os 7 and install anti virus and drivers and after thad install oct suit and octpus prog....

Please give us more details about your problem. What OS is installed on your PC? What antivirus software are You using? What actions exactly causing this problems?
