Your S/W version is unknown,
It means your baseband is unknown,
Try to repair your baseband first,
Full flash your phone,
After that try to repair same imei.

means, that there is a problem with modem part of your device. This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS/Security is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

If You have an original EFS/Security backup for this device, write it and check baseband. Unfortunately, we don't have EFS backup for this device at the momnent. If You don't have such backups for this device, You should try re-flash the device with different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (whether baseband is not "unknown"). And only then, when modem will be correct, do "Repair IMEI".
