Hello.

Please re-install SAMSUNG USB Driver for Mobile Phones, restart PC and repeat the operation.

Try to do the next:
1. Install latest version of the Software (Software).
2. Make Factory Reset and Wipe Cache partition.
3. Perform all the steps, required for phone's connection.
4. Repeat "Write QCN" operation.

Try to use different USB ports for connection. Try to perform operation on different COM ports, with enabled "Manual select" option.

Try to read QCN from another, correctly working N910T phone and use it.

2 Solutions

1- write a good QCN file
2- repaire 3g/4g option if available
