Hello.

Please read out phone's info via ADB (turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone and press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in the Software) and post here full Software log with this info.

Hello.

Yes, as You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). When phone's modem part will be correct, IMEI should appear.
