Try to reflash the phone with older firmware, then repeat "Reset Screen Lock" operation.

but if I rewrite a new firmware lose all data ......

Writing of firmware shouldn't affect the data.

installed new firmware with Odin. I lost everything ...........

if you want to flash your mobile without loss data , so its possible but , for that , MOST IMPORTANT think ,

you should flash your mobile with those FW , which one already installed
or you can installed latest , but don,t installed older FW
example

AP:G500HXX12345

so you flash with same this one FW

AP:G500HXX12345

and after that don,t restore you mobile , ( i think every software person know that)

incase you flashed with older FW so you must loss you date ,
