| problem connecting box Hello everyone, I need your help I'm trying to get the phone to the box but does not detect anything I've installed all the drivers put it well in debug but nothing that could be the problem Platform: Samsung Android Selected port: COM3 Selected model: GT-I9000B Phone was not found on the selected port! | Hello. What drivers exactly You have installed? What device appears in PC Device Manger when You connect the phone? To connect GT-I9000B phone you have to perform the following steps: 1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development. 3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option. 4. When message is appear press "Yes". 5. Connect usb cable to phone. 6. Press "Read Info" in Octopus Samsung software. Please carefully perform all of this steps and try to connect again. |

| Please explain what is the problem with installation exactly? You need to install Octopus Box Samsung Software, then install box, cardreader and card drivers from our site: Octopus Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual. After that You need to re-update your card and then run Software. |
