problem connecting box


Hello everyone, I need your help I'm trying to get the phone to the box but does not detect anything I've installed all the drivers put it well in debug but nothing that could be the problem

Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM3
Selected model: GT-I9000B
Phone was not found on the selected port!
Searching for USB diagnostic port...
Connecting to phone on COM3
Phone connection failed
No diagnostic ports found!
Connecting to phone on COM3
Phone connection failed
Connecting to phone on COM5
Phone connection failed
Selected action can’t be performed

Hello.
What drivers exactly You have installed? What device appears in PC Device Manger when You connect the phone?

To connect GT-I9000B phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Connect usb cable to phone.
6. Press "Read Info" in Octopus Samsung software.

Please carefully perform all of this steps and try to connect again.

Also please try to perform the following steps:

5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "PDA" value.
8. Close window.

I have done step by step as described by you but the result is' the same

What device appears in PC Device Manager and on what COM ports when You connect the phone? Also try:

1. Enter "*#9090#" number.
2. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
3. Restart phone.
4. Press "Read Info" in Octopus Samsung software.

Hello When I open faced Samsung in Octopus gives this message where the problem please. do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this

Please explain what is the problem with installation exactly? You need to install Octopus Box Samsung Software, then install box, cardreader and card drivers from our site: Octopus Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual. After that You need to re-update your card and then run Software.
