Member: 2346600 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 31 | Why do you guys keep wiping the efs on Verizon phones. They come factory unlocked and do not have an MSL code. Therefore no need to wipe efs to bypass msl. Stop wiping the efs. Just write the cert to the phone and then change MEID to match IMEI. Verizon phones are the easiest phones to do. No need to wipe efs therefore no need to root the phone. Also no need to write any qcn. after you have written cert and changed MEID to match new IMEI just go to settings and change to global mode and put in apn settings. You will get LTE on tmobile and other carriers that piggy back off of it and H+ on at&t and all carriers that piggy back off of it. Last edited by master_of_imei; 02-14-2015 at 17:13. |

I was kind of surprised that they kept that guide up too, but Alpineman has a very strong following. I couldn't see them closing down his thread. |
