Problem! How to repair IMEI in GT-I8190 with octoplus? [Solved]


cant restore imei..
i want link full guide for repair that..
this is a new box. i need to check my work and then write here what execly problem.

Please explain the problem in more details, step by step. What is your device exactly? What was the problem with your device? Which actions You have performed with it? Also post here full Software log with all of your actions.

Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.4.3

To connect GT-I8190 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "UART" radio button to "Modem" value.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "PDA" value.
8. Restart phone.
9. Press "Read Info" in software.

As You can see from this Software log, modem part (and other parts) is damaged in your device:

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

At first, try to re-flash the device with different firmwares and check whether modem is correct (not Unknown) and only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) try to perform "Repair IMEI" operation. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

Also please install the latest Software version (Octopus Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual), You use old version.
