hi all. phone is recognized by "read info" but when I click "repair security" the program say that phone was not found like the log

Hello.

Disconnect all other devices from PC, re-install the latest drivers (http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...ile_Phones.exe), re-boot the PC and perform the next steps to configure the phone:

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Restart phone.
12. Press "Read Info" button at the "Main" tab in the Software.

When phone's info will be read out fully and correctly from the "Main" tab in the Software, perform operations, which You need.

installing drivers solved my situation. thank you
