Hello.

If *#0011# menu status of IMEI Certi is failed, then You need to write another IMEI cert into the phone. To write cert file, You need to do the next:
1. Root the phone.
2. Make Wipe Security.
3. Perform "Write Cert" operation.

You can use N900, or N9000Q cert files from the Support Area for SM-N9005.

Fully charge phone's battery by using external charger, make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition, reboot the PC, close all running applications on PC (antivirus, firewall, browsers) and then repeat Wipe Security operation once again.

Try to use other IMEI Certificates, most likely, IMEI from the IMEI Cerificate file is in the black list of yout network operator. Also try to write QCN: https://mega.co.nz/#!6tRUHRRR!duCewd...Q9mUg7PonuYQb0.

Currently not exist the solution, how to write any IMEI and to get an active network. If You want to write original IMEI, write the first Security backup back into the phone to return the device into the previous state.
