help with imei i9500


hi all i have i9500 imei null baseband unknown

Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.3.4

To connect GT-I9500 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Builds numbers" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options->About Device.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

It is not possible to make Repair IMEI, because phone's modem part doesn't answer to software's CMDs (modem part is damaged or EFS is damaged, "imei null baseband unknown"). Octopus/Octoplus Box currently doesn't support Repair EFS for this device. We will try to add this feature in next updates. Now, try to write different firmwares and check, whether phone's IMEI is still null.
