Please, make sure that You remove SIM card and SD card from the phone, afte perform Factory Reset and repeat Read Codes operation again.

Please, open folder where Software are isntalled on your PC (for example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung") add to archive "tempfile" file, after uplaod that archive into some file share and post here link.
