I'd tried to unlock SGH-i337Z but failed and IMEI is corrupted:

Same result... Can't repair IMEI... Operation always fails when try to wirte new NVM

1. Reconnect phone battery.

Please do the next:
1. Delete all files from folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
2. Run Octopus/Octoplus Samsung Software.
3. Perform Unlock operastion.
4. Perform Repair IMEI operation.
5. Close Octopus/Octoplus Samsung Software.
6. Upload somewhere latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here link; we will look where can be the problem with your phone.

Check lines 145 and 146, write NVM fails when unlock process is about to end
Check lines 169 and 170, IMEI repair operation isn't ending because software never dectect phone after reboot

I have the same problem, after trying to unlock the phone with the octopus box, imei whent to 0

the problem is the phone need to be rooted to change anything on it; the root file from octopus support website doesn't work because the bootloader of the phone is protected and doesn't let you do anything.

first we have to find the way to root the phone and then after run the octopus imei repair and I guess that's it......

Well in my personal experience this phone CANNOT be unlocked using Octoplus

I successfully ROOTED this phone and DISABLED KNOX using this tool:
Kingo 1-click ROOT

BUT the outcome was the same IMEI 0!!! (incorrect imei after restart error)

Now I have 2 phones waiting for an answer from the octopus team

Octopus team shouldn't claim support for a model if not fully supported... Even if you guys are one of the best for samsung in my opinion

anyone has any great news on how to fix that i337z? the phone gets unlocked after the procedure but looses the IMEI. I did all this using NSPRO. and got the same outcome. Oh i woder if we load the original rom with odin, what would happen. I will try that i post
