If problem will remain - please upload the following files to any file-sharing service: 1. First Security backup of the phone. 2. *.log and *.logx files of performed operations. Post here download link for these files and we will check what causes the problem. *.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder. |
