problems with S4 Solved

hi, some days ago i vaved some problesm with an S4, and on that moment i just to pass the phone to imei server, now after talk with octopus admin and make a remote connetions all the problems its solved

just have to read carefully the help of the soft, it´s dosen´t matter how many time you have to do, if you do it the first time and dont work, just close the soft, do the procedure one more time, open octopus again and try one more time

use micro uart usb cable with 525/530 ohms resistor (come with octopus cable set)

To connect GT-I9000 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "PDA" value.
8. Close window.
9. Go to dial window.
10. Enter "*#9090#" number.
11. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
12. Restart phone.
13. Press "Read Info" in software.

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.

Please carefully perform all the steps from software manual to connect the phone. You need to use Samsung Micro UART C3300k/C3303k cable with 525-530 kOhm resistor inside. Please try carefully again. you are ussing usb cable or uart cable, remove battery, then insert battery again and power on the phone
when completly on go to dial and press *#7284# and select PDA, then go one more time to dial and press *#9090# and now selct option 4, automaticli the phone will restart, and then conent with uart cable to your octopus box and open the sotf, press read info and then unlock or read code

check if you are using micro uart 525/530 K ohms ?????? is the same for C3300K

I did all steps,all was done perfect but nothing changed,old IMEI still the same.
