Hello,
Im trying to unlcok I9301i and I get the folloeing error
Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM1027
Selected model: GT-I9301I
Mode: Normal
Phone model: GT-I9301I
Firmware compiled date: Mar 31 2014
Firmware compiled time: 12:00:00
Firmware released date: May 12 2014
Firmware released time: 14:40:53
Phone IMEI: 352750-06-062193-9
SW version: M8626A-AAAANAZM-1.0.4050
Unlock for GT-I9301I phone in normal mode can’t be done

What should I do?

bro . use vroot update when try if same problem change firmware

Try to use TowelRoot to root the device. Also try to re-flash the phone with other 4.4.2 firmwares and try to root the device by using TowelRoot and the latest versions of VRoot and Kingo Root Softwares.

I have tried vroot,kingo and towl root on :XXUANE3, XXUANC6, XXUAND3 but no sucsses.
I get|:
Cheking Root
Phone is not rooted
Phone unlocking failed
every time.
Do you know what firmware must work ?

Try to find and write "I9301IXXUANC6_I9301IITVAND2_I9301IXXUANC6" for Italy and root it by using TowelRoot.

Ok so It worked I got passed the unlock stage, but now if I try to repair IMEI from list I get the following error:

And if I try 3g/4g fix I get :

I havnt changed any thing so the phone should be rooted (unlocking says the same)

p.s
after the first fail atempt I need to approve the pc on the device every time Im trying to run a command from software and I need to revoke usb debug authorization to make it run again

1. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
2. Run Octoplus Samsung Software.
3. Root the phone again.
4. Re-start the device.
5. Perform the "Repair IMEI" operation.
6. Make "Repair 3G/4G".
7. Close the Software.
8. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here links, we will check, where can be the problem with the device.

Ok so I deleted the log files, wiped the phone then rotted it with towel root V3, repaired imei but after the reboot and factory mode and steel have blank IMEI and cant fix 3g/4g.
