Hello.

Have You performed "Wipe Security" operation before "Write Cert"? Post here full Software logs of all performed operations.

In some cases, is necessary to repeat the "Wipe Security" operation several times or re-flash the phone. Try to do the next:

1. Fully charge phone's battery.
2. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
3. Make Wipe Security several times and check, whether IMEI becomes "Unknown". Also try to re-flash the phone and make Wipe Security.
4. When IMEI becomes "Unknown", Write Certificate.
5. Post here the result.

I could not set all setting like *#0808# enable debug mode, disable knox etc because disable message appears soon after phone complete power on, plus If I could success than I have to write certificate which result in changed imei which I donot want, so is there no way to disable this message by not changing imei?
