im reallay stuck and when I read all the articles im getting more confused I don't know how do I star or where do I have to start but this is the station and my questions

Q) what is different between imei repair & imei cleaning & replacement
also if the phone is black listed this mean imei is needs repair or need cleaning or replacement ?

Q)how can I do this with Octoplus Samsung ?

Under "IMEI repair" usually understand writing original IMEI or writing any correct IMEI, if IMEI is damaged in device at all. I don't know, what someone understand under "imei cleaning". "IMEI replacement" - maybe writing another IMEI instead of old IMEI.

on my research I think this is what I need giving second life to the phone
but
What Is QCN ?
where can I get it ?
and
what is the steps ?
