Regarding to Repair IMEI or Repair Network problem with GT-I9500.

Dear Octopus/Octoplus Box users,

please note: there can be the problem with phone's IMEI and baseband after of performing Repair IMEI or Repair Network opearations. This is due to some firmware versions and phone revisions are currently not supported.

If after of performing "Repair IMEI" or "Repair Network" operations, phone's IMEI became Null, to back the phone into previous state, please do the next:
1. Perform "Repair Security" operation or re-flash the phone with the same firmware version that is in the phone.
2. Write back into the phone first security backup from folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\BACKUP\".

We work to make possible to perform Repair IMEI and Repair Network for these unsupported firmwares in next updates.

are wrong in this case becouse all BKP remain in SW for time you selected, (i conseje 1/2 mounths), and also if you overwrite new version....

In this case can try whith Repair Security, (where's supported), write Full Original fw first of the operation done in device,

We have researched the problem. The problem, in general, not with the firmware, the problem is with phone's bootrom, which doesn't allow to patch firmware. And currently it is not possible to say, which bootrom in the device, except try to make "Repair IMEI" or "Repair Network". If after of performing "Repair IMEI" or "Repair Network" operations, phone's IMEI became Null, currently no solution for such devices.
