This is due to some firmware versions and phone revisions are currently not supported. If after of performing "Repair IMEI" or "Repair Network" operations, phone's IMEI became Null, to back the phone into previous state, please do the next: 1. Perform "Repair Security" operation or re-flash the phone with the same firmware version that is in the phone. 2. Write back into the phone first security backup from folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\BACKUP\". We work to make possible to perform Repair IMEI and Repair Network for these unsupported firmwares in next updates. Last edited by Octopus box; 02-06-2014 at 14:06. |

Member: 1146942 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 27,412 | We have researched the problem. The problem, in general, not with the firmware, the problem is with phone's bootrom, which doesn't allow to patch firmware. And currently it is not possible to say, which bootrom in the device, except try to make "Repair IMEI" or "Repair Network". If after of performing "Repair IMEI" or "Repair Network" operations, phone's IMEI became Null, currently no solution for such devices. |
