Hello.

Try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection. Don't use USB hubs to connect the phone.

I am use to pic direct no usb hub
I can write cert by usb and read / write efs all okay but I try to repair and wipe security I get the problem

Try to perform "Read Info" operation from "Main" tab Software on different COM ports, with enabled "Manual select" option and post here the result.
