Thumbs up REPAIR IMEI GT-I8160 problem [Solved]


please help me for repair IMEI GT-I8160 blank
writing sucessfuly use octopus samsung tool but still blank IMEI
this log progress :
Welcome to Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.9.4

To connect GT-I8160 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "UART" radio button to "Modem" value.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "Modem" value.
8. Restart phone.
9. Press "Read Info" in software.

Hello.
After which actions phone's IMEI became "blank"? The problem can be with phone's modem. Try to re-flash the phone with different firmwares one by one and look whether phone's IMEI is not "blank". Also please use the latest software version.

has been tried several times to flash the firmware on the support site IMEI phone is still in a state of blank / NULL, but when repair IMEI samsung octopus success when using the software, is there any other solution to this problem?? I think that a version of the latest software as I use in the repair process this IMEI

for the record I am trying to write EFS failed ... EFS read from existing download in this forum

Most likely, the problem is with phone's modem (not with EFS). Try to search another firmwares with another Android versions (not 2.3.6), re-flash the phone with these firmwares and look whether phone's IMEI is not null.

I'm try flash use this firmware I8160XXLL2_I8160EVRMA1_EVR_Andoroid_4.1.2.oct from support site, but still IMEI NULL , u have idea for specific firmware ??? thx

Try to write different firmwares for GT-I8160/P/L one by one, maybe, this will help to solve the problem. Currently we don't have another solution.

already in trying to re-flash the firmware using all available on site support even from somewhere else, from the type of firmware GT-I8160/P/L 4.1.2 one by one has been tried yet remain IMEI NULL, if there is a bug in version 1.9.4 software samsung octopus for writing IMEI??? cooperation and its solutions please ... thx

No, this is not a bug, I had same problem with my customer's ace 2..You MUST FLASH STOCK COUNTRY Fırmware..Check phone's country then flash it again,it will be ok..

3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
