Hello.
Please upload "*.log" and "*.logx" files of this operation (they can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG folder") and give us link. We will research what is the cause of this problem.

Please make Factory Reset, then re-flash the phone with any firmware from the Support Area and try to make Repair IMEI again.
