reset screen lock GT-I8190 error ?


hello support
i got this error :

the connection problem solved ........ by changing the isp line
but i have another problem when i upload the CWM the devices does not run it when i press ( vol + and home button and power ) and the ocotplus return result success

Hello.

According to Software log of the operation screen lock was removed. If screen lock remains active - try to manually write the latest version of CWM/TWRP recovery into the phone, then perform "Reset Screen Lock" operation again.

i already did that without sucess i cant trigger the CMW recovery and i used twrp the same problem my device boot into official recovery i dont know why !!

Please tr to reflash the phone, try to manually write the latest version of CWM/TWRP recovery into the phone, then perform "Reset Screen Lock" operation again.
